What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Coach plans?

Free logs workouts and tracks basic progress. Pro adds daily personalized prescriptions, readiness system, and advanced analytics. Coach adds team management and bulk features.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel. Your subscription will end at the end of your current billing cycle. No questions asked.

What if I don't see improvement?

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, email [email protected] and we'll refund your first month. But most athletes see improvement within 2 weeks.

Can I download my data?

Yes. Go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Download My Data. You'll get a complete export of all your workouts, progress, and metrics.
